During the cooking classes we organize, our local cook is at your disposal together with an English/French/German/Spanish/Russian speaking assistant to show you how to prepare very good and tasty dishes using simple and genuine ingredients and some useful tricks. You are also welcome to help the cook in all this, so that you’ll be able to try again your Italian and Tuscan recipes at home and surprise your family and friends.

This is a wonderful experience also for children. Both the class and the menu are personalized according to your requests and wishes. During the cooking classes you learn the “secrets of the granny” to prepare the most traditional Tuscan recipes. Apron, knife, recipes booklet and chopping board, a toast with some excellent good wine and the class starts! After the whole menu is ready, your full dinner will be served and you enjoy the dishes you have prepared with excellent locally made matching wines.

With our tours you can visit a cheese farm, its barn and shed, and taste the different sorts of cheese produced there.

You can visit an olive oil mill and taste the different kinds of olive oil, trying to understand the superior quality of the extra virgin ones; you can visit a pasta factory and discover the secrets of a high quality pasta; you can visit a chocolate factory and taste the delicious creations and maybe try to create your own; you can go for truffle search with an expert truffle hunter or simply taste some truffle specialties; you can go and visit one or more wineries to see the wine cellars, learn about the art of wine making and taste both traditional and innovative white and red wines.

Painting, decoupage, ceramic decoration, Italian language classes

Even in the off season you can spend some days in Tuscany having good food and wine, visiting places, but also enjoying some interesting and relaxing art and language courses. The courses are personalized according to your knowledge of the matter. Personalized Italian language classes are offered to improve your Italian. You can book one or more painting classes with one of the local artists, you can learn the art of decoupage and realize a colourful piece of furniture for your home using old boxes, wooden items, glasses etc. Or you can even learn how to decorate a piece of ceramic using decoration techniques that the teacher will show you... A professional teacher and an English/French/German/ Spanish/Russian speaking assistant will be at your disposal. Once your work of art is finished, you can take it home with you as a very special souvenir of your stay with us.
