TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

RENTALS:

Il Selvino acts as a farm holiday, which is authorized to contract rentals at the prices printed in the official price list.

Apartments:
In the high season, the minimum rental period is one week, always from Saturday to Saturday.
In mid and low season, the minimum rental period changes according to the requests: minimum stay 2 nights ( rates to be agreed )

Rooms (B&B) :
in the high – mid –and low season, the minimum rental period is 2 nights.

CLEANING:

this property is fully prepared and cleaned for your arrival. Every 3 days towels will be changed and every week we also change bed-linen. On changeover days please leave the apartment / room in a clean and tidy condition within 10.00 a.m.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE::

Guests are expected to come to the property between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and leave the apartment/room within 10:00 a.m., after having returned the house keys. This is to ensure that there is enough time to prepare the property for the next visitors. In case of earlier or late arrival/departure, guests are requested to inform the reception.

DEPOSIT:

for apartments and rooms rental guests are requested a cautionary deposit , to be paid cash at the check in.
This amount is a guarantee, in case of any possible damage to the property.
This deposit will be refunded to the client at the end of the holiday after the check-out.
Cautionary deposit : apartment € 250.00 - room € 100.00

EXTRA - PAYMENT:
ll rental prices as well as additional charges, not included in the rental price, as final cleaning, deposit, heating etc… are clearly listed in the price list and must be paid directly to the owner before departure.

HOW TO BOOK:

Guests can contact the Agriturismo Il Selvino by fax, mail or telephone to check availability for the required period.
Please, let us know your personal requests such as: period, family composition and special needs. This will help us to find you the more suitable accommodation.

If the required apartment / room is available, we will reserve your accommodation immediately! We will send you the booking confirmation voucher by mail or fax.

Guests have to read carefully our terms and conditions and the booking confirmation enclosed.

In order to confirm your reservation, please send us a confirmatory payment, 50 % of the total amount, excluding extras, per post, bank or sending us the details of your credit card (only Visa).

In case you pay the confirmatory amount per post or bank, please send us the copy of the payment transaction via fax or mail.
In case you give us the details of your credit card, you authorize Il Selvino to charge from it the confirmatory amount.

CANCELLATION:

Should the client for any reason cancel the booking, we must be informed by e-mail or by fax and the confirmatory payment (50 %) will not be returned.

BALANCE PAYMENT:

Guests are asked to pay the balance of the reservation directly to the Agriturismo at their arrival.
