The apartment Quercia have been recently restored from the authentic countryside apartment situated on the magnificent side view of the 300 years old stone house.

The very comfortable apartment consists of :

- Dining room with kitchenette ( electric oven, rings, fridge, freezer) completly furnished with all the equipment for self catering.

- Living room , very open and large with nice view of the garden ,with a double sofa bed (comfortable for children and adults) and bathroom with shower (access directly from the living room).

- Double bed (bedroom very spacious with three windows) with private bathroom – access directly from the room

- Double bed ( bedroom very spacious with two windows ) with private bathroom – access directly from the room

- Heating

- Garden furniture ( table, chairs and sun-umbrella).

Notes :

Bed- and bathroom are not cleaned daily but should you require this service, the charges are detailed below

Weekly prices 2009

( in high season we only rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday ).

( in low and mid season we only accept reservations for minimum 2 nights – except the periods of Easter, Pentecoste, Chirstmasand New Year.

The minimum rental period changes according to the request (rates to be agreed).

The prices include:

- water consumption

- electricity consumption

- gas consumption

- weekly linen supply (kitchen , bathroom , bedroom)

- final cleaning

- garden furniture

- use of the swimming pool with deck chairs and beach umbrella ( The swimming pool is opened from 25th April to 17^th October ).

- VAT

The prices do not include :

- heating : Euros 125.00/ week

Extra services( on request ):

- daily cleaning (rooms , bathroom) : Euros 10.00/ hour

- laundry room : Euros 6.00 / each washing use.

- restaurant and half board: to be arranged at arrival. (breakfast / dinner).

Deposit :

A deposit will be requested at the check in and has to be paid cash. This amount is a guarantee, in case of any possible damage to the property. The deposit will be refunded to the client at the check out.
